• We work extensively with the best smoothing compounds, very low emission and fast drying so you get the perfect floor without solvents or days with the room out of use.
• In line with manufacturers recommendations we work with flooring grade plywood for final finishes that require it, of all thicknesses. We template or scribe this material and feather the joints for a quality finish. Regarding wood products, if you need assistance with chipboard subfloors or OSB boarding we also work with these materials.
• Damp proof membranes or moisture suppressants are increasingly being used as part of subfloor preparation, either to deal with an identified issue, to fast track a project or for peace of mind. We are up to date with the latest systems to match the right product to your floor for future success.
