• We provide the service of damp testing floors for you with results given in writing at a small fee, which is fully refundable if you become a customer of ours, either in respect to the damp floor or another room entirely.
• With a working knowledge of construction methods, and extensive research and experience regarding subfloor moisture we can also offer advisory solutions, including surface damp proof membranes.
• Utilising testing methods recognised by British Standards we can provide assistance on drying times of a new floor screed, advise on airing techniques and offer fast track solutions where required.
• If you have a new extension and want to consider how to detail the new floor to the existing build for example, or undertaking a new build entirely talking to us early on with a view ahead to potential final floor coverings we may be able to save time and/or money with our ideas and floor preparation knowledge.
• If you have had a leak, or spotted an issue with an existing floor we can test, and if necessary offer a like for like an insurance quote for a replacement if requested.
